Family
So I got a new companion. His name is Elder Araújo dos Santos and he is from São Paulo Capital. He has 1 year and 11 months on the mission. This is his last transfer, but he is very focused in the work, so it´ll be fine. He is super chill, he is a convert of 4 years. he was a practicing catholic. Cool huh?
This week was wonderful. There was very little change in the transfer. Just my new comp came. Elder de Alemeida went alone to BH and ELder Araújo dos Santos came here alone.
SO we had agreat week of bringing people to church, for the first time, and back after 5 years. The Family that we were working with are now progressing to baptism on Saturday. They are truely elects. THey accept everything so easily, read the book of mormon together every day. Olha só que Fricken Bênção! What a Frickin Blessing!
We also walked a really long time to visit a family the the branch president gave to us. They haven´t been to church for 5 years. we went there on saturday (after an hour and a half of walking) They fed us lunch (which was a blessing because our lunch fell 10 minutes before we got there) and then they showed up to church. The branch president was very happy and we were too.
We are going to have a wonderful week this week. Everyone in the zone will baptize. we are going to have a month of miracles. and alot of pictures. :)
